Invite friends or group of friends to join you in a group training
session. The group session can be at the comforts of your home, local
park, or school with a track. Group session would include a warm up,
cool down, Cardio to get the body moving, some strength training using
your own body, and if weights are brought to the training session it will
only sculpt your body more, motivate you to push yourself and see the
One on one session includes stretching before and after your workout.
Personalized training on what specific areas you want to enhance,
improve, strengthen. Will help assist you in getting into the body,
shape your are looking for. Will teach you how to stretch properly,
how to ice your body after an extreme work out to repair the body,
motivate you and encourage you to be where you want to be. Give
suggestions on what products should be bought to enhance your body,
discuss nutrition on what foods are best to eat to gain weight or lose
I know what it takes to make it to the next level. I have a proven
track record and my list of clientele showcases students that have gone on
to college via scholarship; I have the knowledge of what is expected
of you in college. Start now and have the work ethic, that will

and improve your game and strengthen your weakness to be that all
around athlete. I have connections with some of the college coaches
and I know what type of student athletes they are looking for and what
is expected of them. If you do not have the grades to go to a 4 year
college, I know coaches at Prep Schools that are recruiting high school
athletes on scholarship.
My goal is to get these student athletes into college with a full ride Scholarship. Whatever I can do to make this happen for you and if you are
committed to make this happen...then I am the trainer for you! You will
not be disappointed. I can make you the best athlete in any
sport you are in.

Performance (WTP) introduces Body by Les Boot Camp to all females/males of all
ages; come out and enjoy an outdoor experience that will kick your body into
gear while shedding weight or toning your body for your best look.WTP motivates and inspires you to
be fit, generate awareness, and understanding of the importance of fitness and staying in
shape for healthy purposes."Fit for LIFE"
is our motto and we'll continue to educate people on the importance of good healthy
choices and maintain them.

Body by Les will teach safe and effective exercise, teaching proper form and
