The Blueprint for Strength, Recovery, and Longevity
Human Performance Specialist coaching designed to help you move better, recover faster, and prevent injuries - for life.
Movement for Life
Performance is not reserved for athletes. It belongs to anyone who wants to live fully, move freely, and stay strong for decades to come.
At HPS, we look at the human body as a whole system — one that thrives when strength, recovery, sleep, and nutrition work together. Our approach is grounded in science but built for real life. Every session is designed to help you move better, feel better, and keep doing the things you love.
We focus on the details that matter — from how you train and recover to how you rest and refuel. When these elements come into alignment, fitness becomes more than a workout. It becomes longevity — the ability to perform, adapt, and stay injury-resistant long term.
Training at HPS is challenging but never punishing. We work hard, we move with purpose, and yes, we play — because movement should feel good.
Strength. Recovery. Sleep. Nutrition.
This is performance for life.
Meet Eric Wilson Coach, Mentor, Humanitarian
For more than two decades, Eric Wilson has dedicated his career to helping people move better, perform longer, and live stronger. His experience spans the worlds of sport, education, and humanitarian work — shaping a philosophy that combines physical performance with purpose.
A lifelong athlete, Eric began his rugby career at Plymouth State University, where he earned national recognition before winning a D3 men’s club championship with the Boston Irish Wolfhounds in 2007. His passion for movement soon evolved into a career in strength and conditioning, coaching athletes at Lasell College, Babson College, and internationally in Brazil.
But Eric’s mission extends far beyond training. In 2017, he founded The OFoundation, a Boston-based nonprofit that uses sport, education, and the arts to create opportunity where it is scarce. Its flagship initiative, Rugbi Ayiti, supports the development of Haiti’s national men’s and women’s rugby teams — giving young athletes the chance to learn, compete, and build community through sport.
Through HPS, Eric brings the same belief in potential to every client — whether it’s a collegiate athlete, a recreational player, or a 60-year-old learning to move pain-free again. His approach blends strength, recovery, and lifestyle coaching to help people live longer, stronger, and more resilient lives.
The Longevity Blueprint
A personalized program built for strength, recovery, and lifelong performance.
The Longevity Blueprint is the foundation of HPS — a $200/month coaching program designed to help you move better, age stronger, and stay active for life.
This program is for the motivated — the ones ready to take charge of their health, improve movement, and stay resilient well into their 40s, 50s, and beyond. It’s not a one-size-fits-all plan or a weekly trainer session. It’s a guided framework designed around four key areas of performance: exercise, recovery, sleep, and nutrition.
Every participant begins with a movement evaluation, either in person or online. From there, Eric and the HPS team build a program tailored to your goals, fitness level, and equipment access — whether that’s a home setup or a full gym. Each month, you’ll complete a performance check-in to update your programming, adjust intensity, and measure real progress.
The Longevity Blueprint includes:
Customized resistance, mobility, and cardiovascular programming
Monthly evaluations and progress tracking
Ongoing video feedback and movement analysis
Personalized guidance on recovery, sleep, and nutrition habits
Direct access to experienced performance coaches between sessions
It’s about more than training — it’s a sustainable blueprint for aging well, preventing injuries, and performing at your best for decades to come.
Pickleball Longevity:
Stay Strong, Prevent Injuries, Play Longer
Stay strong. Prevent injuries. Play longer.
Pickleball is more than a trend — it’s a sport that demands balance, agility, and joint stability. That is why we built Pickleball Longevity, a program tailored to help players stay on the court and injury-free for years to come.
The program follows the same proven structure as The Longevity Blueprint but focuses specifically on the demands of pickleball: rotational movement, quick lateral changes, and endurance over time. Each plan integrates resistance training, mobility, and recovery work designed to strengthen joints, improve balance, and increase coordination.
Every month, clients complete a movement evaluation to identify potential imbalances and track progress. Programming adjusts based on performance, travel, and lifestyle needs — keeping training realistic, efficient, and sustainable.
Common focus areas include:
Mobility routines for hips, shoulders, and ankles
Resistance exercises for balance and joint stability
Recovery and foam rolling techniques to reduce soreness
Cardiovascular conditioning that mirrors on-court intensity
Education on warm-up and cooldown practices to prevent injuries
Pickleball Longevity keeps you strong, confident, and ready for every match — whether you play for fun or competition.
